Shipping Fees
  • Free shipping for orders over €40 within the Netherlands, €45 for Belgium and Germany and €50 for other listed countries.
  • For orders below these amounts, shipping fees apply according to carrier cost stated at checkout.
  • If your order exceeds the standard weight limit, additional shipping costs may apply.
Expected Arrival
  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after your purchase is completed.
  • Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
    • 2–3 business days for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Luxembourg.

Return

Return Policy

Not completely happy with your order? No worries. Within the EU, you can return sealed, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Tea: Only sealed packages in their original condition and packaging (loose tea or tea bags). Opened tea cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Accessories: Returnable if unused and in their original packaging.
  • Incorrect or damaged items: If a product arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 5 working days. We’ll make it right by arranging a replacement or refund.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your original order number and order confirmation email. Simply reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through the return process.

How to Start a Return

Returning an item is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Check eligibility – Make sure your item is returnable (sealed tea packages or unused accessories).
  2. Contact us – Email [email protected] with your order number/confirmation email, details of the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive instructions – Once your return is accepted, our team will provide all the details you need to send your return safely.
  4. Ship the item – Return the item in its original packaging, securely wrapped to prevent damage.
  5. Refund or replacement – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
Important Information
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
  • All products must be securely wrapped. Returns received damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be approved.
  • Exchanges are not possible.

Refund 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your order.
  • The refund will include the cost of the product(s) only; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
