3. Products & Orders

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur (taste, aroma, packaging).
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • Payment is processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, iDEAL). NaN Teas does not store full payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping destinations and fees are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, shipping method, or customs delays.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

  • EU Consumers (Legal Right):
    You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at [email protected] before the period ends. Return the goods within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection.
  • Exceptions:
    Opened tea packages or used accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • NaN Teas Policy (applies globally):
    If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Events & Tastings

  • NaN Teas occasionally hosts tastings, workshops, pop-ups, or other events. Event details, pricing, and cancellation terms are provided at booking.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Accounts & User Responsibilities

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • Misuse of the website, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to NaN Teas.
